Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences

Government Institution Sous-secteurs: Commercial Refrigeration

The campus of Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences is located in the middle of the city and at the same time in the Hardtwald forest. This green environment of the university is also reflected in many of the university's activities. A key research area has been research on sustainable refrigeration and air conditioning at the Institute of Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Environmental Engineering. Our research has been focusing on the application of natural refrigerants since the early 1990s. Ammonia, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, water, air and ice slurry are what we love to work with. We would be proud to do research for or with you on any of these natural working fluids.
