The "Green Cooling Initiative" project has ensured that around 340 trainers in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector in Honduras are trained and familiarised with the use of natural refrigerants. They are then to pass on this knowledge in order to create awareness for more climate-friendly refrigerants that do not endanger the ozone layer and do not decompose into toxic waste products. The current phase of this project is over, and, in the video, you can see the closing ceremony for the Green Cooling Initiative project. The trainings were organized by the German Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and finally implemented by the Ozone Technical Unit of Honduras (UTOH).

For more information and an even better insight into the closing ceremony, we recommend watching the video.
